In 2007 Indian ambassador in Moscow Kanval Sibal had visited in Russian south region. India has big interest for development business here. Three years ago Indian businessmen were interesting about farming scope of region, but now tasty morsel is Sochi.

All are know what Sochi got win for realizing Olympic Games in 2014. Today Sochi is area for development. More of companies do business here as builders and supplier of constructional material. Here most of company from Italy and China, and as Mr. Sibal said: “India wishes establish hotels of world’s class here and we wish get contacts for it”.Before it attention of Indian’s businessmen was directed to pharmaceuticals and less then it to farming. In 1989 Russia has Indian import around 4.5%. In middle of 1990, in Russia and India commodity circulation between India and Russia was dropped. In it time in both country was financial crisis, but in 2002 commodity circulation was around $732 million by facts of statistic. India do import to Russia coffee, rice, tea, spicery, peanut and tobacco, textile and medicine. Indian medicine in Russia on 2002 year was 7, 5% in Russian medicine market. As Mr. Sibal said: “Russia and India going to grown up commodity circulation for $10 milliard”.

The biggest Indian companies see perspectives for development business in Russia and go out to be here. TATA motors in 2005 establish own brunch in Nizny Novgorod. One of biggest Indian banks – ICICI Bank opened their branch in Moscow in 2006.Private entrepreneur do businesses here by establish own restaurant, souvenirs and textiles shop, clinic of aurvedic. But for grown up Indian business here impede a hard visa regime.Indian here around 16000 people. Doing business only 500, others are students in generally. In South Russian region do live around 120 people for 2002 year, and around 10 persons doing business.

In generally have pharmaceutical companies or do work as distributor. Most of popular companies here it is Shreya Corporation and Elena Impecs. But it is the branches and their general in Moscow.All businessmen make bold one thing: make business in Russia it is hard work, here need excellent reaction, do slave by demand, following by extremely changing in economy. But it is promise big gain. As in Russia saying: “If you do cope with situation in Russia, you will cope in every place”.
